simplehuman,Every great color starts with a spill.
A late night, a full desk, and one very full cup
The design desk after hours: swatches, blueprints, sketches, and the latte that’s always within reach.

Where every simplehuman shape starts: on paper, by hand.
The DeskWarm without being loud
Latte is a neutral that sits in a kitchen like it was always there. Its palette runs from foam to espresso, so the campaign always has a shade to land on.

From coffee stain to brushed steel
We cut from the warm clutter of the desk to the calm white space where simplehuman products live. The can turns, the lid lifts, and the finish matches the spill exactly.

Espresso first, then milk. The finish is the recipe.
The Poursimplehuman designs the objects people use every day without thinking twice. With a new Latte finish on the way, they wanted a launch that made people notice a color, not just a can.
We didn’t want another product spin on white. We wanted to show where a color like this actually comes from.
So we told an origin story. A designer works late, buried in swatches and blueprints, a latte always within reach. One knocked-over cup later, the answer is all over the page.
We shot it as two worlds. The design desk is dark, lit by a single lamp and filmed from above and up close, so you stay with the hands and the paper. The product reveal is bright, clean and still, giving the can room to breathe.
Latte is warm without being loud. It’s a neutral that sits in a kitchen like it was always there. The film had to feel the same way: a little messy, a little human, and finished with the kind of calm simplehuman is known for.
From a coffee stain to a color. From a spill to a launch. Too much coffee is the right amount.
